First time traveller booked in at 11 am to find out what jab and potentially have jabs to find out they didn’t even have me on record or booked in, very poor will certainly find elsewhere

Stood there like a lemon waiting despite someone being inside. Lights weren't on but someone was lurking around behind the counter. Abandoned my attempt (along with another patient) to get my medication.

It just gets worse and worse! Turned up to collect preordered prescription medication to be told pharmacy closed. It was 13.19! There’s no pharmacist so can’t give me the order that is waiting for me to collect (of which I received the text message this morning!). They send orders back if not collected and can’t deliver... read full comment
