Ordered a pizza in the app to collect as it said 20 minutes. Went to collect and was advised they hadn’t even started the pizzas yet and there was another 45 minutes wait on top of the twenty I waited before I collected. Nearly got run over just now, 5.30pm, by one of your delivery cars, AY64 AER, small red car, driven by an obnoxious blonde Karen. She didn't stop to let the oncoming cars past first and told me I should've "jumped onto the grass verge".
