Went in to tax my car. The lady who served me was friendly and helpful. Have to say I don't think I've ever had a bad experience here. Staff are usually helpful and friendly even when they're rushed off their feet. Am glad Halesworth still has a post office.

New to the area and a regular user of the post office. Really friendly, helpful staff, have been greeted with a smile and a friendly chat each time I visit. Thank you.

Can I say how unhelpful a member of staff behind the counter of Halesworth post office was today. Just one member of staff the other members of staff couldn't be nicer.Unfortunately this member of staff is sharp and short tempered mealy mouthed a nd has the wrong attitude and shouldn't be dealing with the public!!!
