Rude unhelpful and totally inconsistent. I have been in many times over the years and seen people in there with well behaved dogs. Why can I never get through to Boots on the telephone? I've tried on numerous occasions, first thing in the morning to mid afternoon but they never answer the phone. Several of my friends have had the same problem. Not very satisfactory Bootsl

Such a sad and sorry, old fashioned shop. The poor lady behind the till was having to deal with a rude, abrupt and unhelpful pharmacist. I went in to ask for something fairly common, but was told they didn't have any.
