Ridiculous opening hours terrible why open att all

I have to wait for a package such a long time its just annoying,it could be on one day but no,it took em whole week and no info from the courier.

Need some information so phone number the number listed on website only to be told by an automated message phone number has now been changed.You can't make it up, no wonder they get low scores I personally think that's generous they deserve no stars.Postmen women are absolutely brilliant it's obviously the idiots in charge.
