We visited on the 26th May at 10:00 with an exchange and the staff were friendly and helpful.Very impressed also by how staff help and serve the older customers that come in. They are patient and understanding- good old fashioned service. Great for Felixstowe still have a Smiths.A lot of products in one fairly small shop.Only... read full comment
