This place is a joke. They deliver letters, and parcels to the wrong address. 4 time in 6 weeks we have had to contact customer service.The staff here have zero interest in your complaint. Fella who works around Morrisons area seems to like to try intimidate women with young children when the partner is at work. Left a parcel which was a two hundred plus mobile on my driveway which was stolen since containing about this all my parcels are sent back without fail. Will be seeing him today to ask why.

It's a shame they open til later as I don't get home til 5pm and when I do want to collect a parcel I have to wait til weekend
