2/3 staff very nice. Tall lady with dark hair, shorter woman with round glasses on necklace. Other woman is extremely rude and does anything to avoid work. Awful, 3 attempts to get passports done and every stupid reason under the sun not to. Should not advertise they do when they clearly will not.will never use Felixstowe post office
