3 Journeys to collect in store, then refused to handover new phone that had arrived, even though they instructed us to collect it.Not happy if phone is ordered on line, and only a Upgrade, clearly the 2 different teams in store have no working relationship with each other. and seem happy to have annoyed a customer, Jobs... read full comment
