Complete and utter outrageous experience! My mother inlaw and i we’re Christmas shopping today and the professionalism is outrageous! We waited for well over 10 minutes to get served while three staff members were having a general chitchat! Visited today to have a new watch strap fitted and the lady who served me could not have been more helpful.There was a very good selection of straps to choose from and I was allowed time to choose which would be most suitable.Fitting was included and great care was taken.Could not be happier.
