It always worries me when Royal Mail is selected to deliver one of our packages. Time and time again, they manage to mess up completely by "attempting deliveries" and claiming no one is home, while we are and no delivery driver was to be seen. Very unreliable service.

They are never open when you want to collect your parcel! The sooner they get taken over my Amazon the better!!
