Stopped here for a break in my morning walk and found the coffee very good and they had good dietary options. The selection of pastries was ok too. The only thing being a foreigner I could connect to the internet and did not get much help either that

Great customer service. Spilt my tray of drinks and made a massive mess. They came to check we were okay, made us new drinks and tidied up the whole thing whilst being very nice about it.

Stopped here for a quick coffee in part to use the toilets - wished I had gone any where else. I have rarely seen such filthy loos in a cafe, including a wet sticky floor (there seemed to be a leaking pipe?).
