Would be hard pressed to experience worse customer service!! Put money in air machine but no display. Told person behind counter, he said 'its out of order' I said there was no sign on it and could I have a refund, he said 'no!' Refused to tell me who to contact for refund.

The owner was really friendly. I feel much safer collecting my parcels here as I live in a flat that has no safe place to leave parcels. Staff are friendly, and the place has little gems I always like to browse through when I need to wait to be attended to.
