Worst tool station ever, been in several times & found them be most unhelpful & rude. They've picked wrong orders when I've gone to collect stuff. & tonight they couldn't even get my 5% discount to work. Never using this shop again

I had a split order. One item was on 24hr delivery to store. I wanted to check this had arrived before I set off to collect as the email didn't specify what was ready for collection and it hadn't been even close to 24hrs. The phone number provided is general call centre. I was 42nd in the queue!! There is no way of contacting...
