I have been with this bank for years and have had great service, very polite and nice staff.

Switched to this bank after barclays closed, staff are really helpful & polite. Its nice to be able to go into a bank which is open & talk to someone

Opened an account online so i can pay cash into the bank as Barclays has closed in beccles and i can no longer use them. They wont accept anymore than 5 bags ( £100 ) in coins. How are business suppose to survive??? Ridiculous attitude and customer service
