Called to find out if my parcel was ready for collection from this store, however the phone number puts you through to the Newcastle store! The lady in the Newcastle store was fab, got me through to the Wolverhampton store explained it all and then the lady there found it and was also absolutely lovely too. A girl by the name Jade (customer service assistant) who served yesterday (23/12/2018, 4-5pm) has literally no life in her. Very dull service. She needs a prep talk on attitude towards customers. Most depressing service ever. Returned no bye nor smile and gave small talk. Just full of arrogance. How the heck can Argos employ... read full comment
