This place usually struggles to notice mobile orders coming through, but the past couple of times even the coffee tastes awful, like something hasn’t been cleaned properly or they’re using coffee that’s gone stale

Grubby and tired. The toilets were dirty and the food / service lacklustre. Not a patch on most other coffee chain stores. Find somewhere else to eat

Great staff, good coffee, my problem was the disgraceful gents toilet.. The urinal is next to the opening door facing out, the door opens onto the person using ot with no screen.. so as the ladies are queuing for their toilet, as the gents door is opened anyone using the urinal is on full display..totally inappropriate... read full comment
