“Louise the branch manager was extremely helpful today and I want to share my experience.I came in with potential fraud on my account and I was alarmed how easy it was to become a victim of cyber fraud but she put a stop to all the possible threats and ordered me a new card.I felt reassured and safe, and any possible thoughts of leaving Barclays has been dashed from my mind, great customer service.Louise is an asset to the Barclays team.”
“1st services I saw since leaving Nottingham (1 hr drive needing the toilet) I ran to the loo expecting typical services toilets. But no, what a delight to use clean, dry floors, toilet paper and not stinking. The staff here should be praised for this! Thank you to the staff for making the effort”
“I didn’t get the name of the worker, but whoever was at the self checkout section yesterday at 9pm (ish) wearing the cool green flower hair clips was SO LOVELY! A great help for two clueless gals who had never been in the shop before, and made us feel at ease. I work in retail and it can be stressful so for her to be super nice was just great :)”

“I went in today to bank a cheque. The branch manger showed me how to use the automated machine, and whilst I was there helped me order a new card that I've been waiting to do. The branch was busy but customers dealt with quickly. Very good customer service, so important to have an actual branch.”

“Hgv driver here, service stations are generally grotty places to be, this on the other hand is exceptional. The guy Michael on the tills in BP is an Asset to the company, what a gent. Other hgv parking spots need to take note. This is how it should be. Thank you”
