No lock on the bathroom, stingy on pillows, awful cool toned lights, absolutely no soap in the dispensers, severe lack of hairdryer, the list goes on! The only redeeming quality about this place is the absolutely lovely staff! I'm sticking with premier inn from now on.

I stayed here on 2 separate occasions i had a problem with one of the room cards and couldn't get back in to my room I went to Reception and spoke to Michelle her customer service was excellent she dealt with the problem straight away she was bubbly outgoing and had a very lovely smile and welcoming vibe it made us feel... read full comment
