Staff are rude and do not tell you the policies when buying products. Only when trying to swap etc.

This store has a lift, but the location of display rails outside the doors on the upper level, make getting a mobility scooter in and out of the lift difficult. I mentioned this to a member of staff that was looking for stock that had been left unattended in the lift, again making access more difficult. Her response... read full comment

I went in looking for a pair of trainers and when I asked to if they had a size in stock I was immediately dismissed. Finally someone came over to help me, her attitude was vile and she had no manners at all.
