very busy petrol station in daytime took around 15 minutes to get round and to fill up and isn't that greatly planned out considering the amounts of traffic volume they receive, best to go on evenings when quiet

Extremely rude lady who served me today. Forgot my card. Explained multiple times all I needed to do was go back home and get it. Came back an hour later and paid it after 30 minutes discussion and wasting my time. Absolutely poor communication skills. It seemed like she didn’t want to fill the form out :/
