Collected a parcel this morning from the office. I was served by a man named Peter.He was so friendly and cheery, seemed so happy to help me and it really started my day off in a positive way.Thank you Peter for your help, humour and jokes!-Emily

Not even 0ne star, the depot is a nightmare to get too very unhelpful, I paid £9.29 for guaranteed delivery, it seems it was my problem for using Parcel Force we were let down totally.

Keeping a Christmas card ransom because it had a queen's stamp on it. Should be illegal to change the terms of agreement after purchase of a product, you guys are money vampires.
