Poor service. Gave my parcel force parcel To Royal Mail now my parcel is lost. Not helpful when I went in. Said the parcel has been taken but parcel force saying it has not reached them and is not in the post office

Why say ur open when ur clearly not should put on if ur open on bank Holidays instead of just saying open saves a lot of bother

Lovely friendly Post Office with very helpful staff. I had a problem with an Amazon parcel, it showed that it was still with the courier even though it was in front of us. He called Amazon and sorted out for me... Thank you again :)
