Orderd last week. Potato tots had hardly any cheese on, pizza was different from before with less cheese. Thought we'd try again as maybe an off day. Exactly the same. Some issue caused the app to freeze at checking and cutting for 45 minutes. Phoned several times but no reply. Paid for delivery, didn't arrive. So drove to the shop to see what was happening and to collect pizza. Utter chaos inside. Felt sorry for the lady on the counter.
Ordered 2 pizzas and some sides at 7 pm waited and no food came called them to be told they were short-staffed so I left it a while, called again to be told the computers had gone down. 9 pm I went down and asked for a manager. There was me and 3 others there complaining. The manager eventually spoke when I asked again... read full comment
