Went in to pick up a late valentine’s gift, spoke to an Employee Called Paris who helped me even though Im terrible with Jewellery, great customer service!

denied me access to change a ring even though in perfect condition went to a different pandora and they changed it without a question staff was rude despite me literally not being able to wear the ring hence to it being big so no way i can damage it
