Absolutely awful service, leave people waiting 20 minutes just to check a receipt. Absolutely awful.

I visited yesterday .The customer service in here was shocking. There was 7 members of staff on the shop floor and only 1 behind the counter serving. The shop it self was rather quiet so to have customers standing at the till while girls stood around chatting with their phones out gives out a real bad customer service experience.I’ll... read full comment

Great choice of products. Great deals and first and foremost fantastic staff, very helpful and super patient. I was shopping in Tamworth Ventura JD on 04 of Oct 23 in the late evening with a group of disabled young adults. The staff is the shop was absolutely amazing ? ? They went an extra 100 miles.
