Very disappointed. I ordered car mats and was told I needed to collect them when I had received an email to say they had arrived. After 2 weeks I rang customer service and was told they had not arrived wait for e mail! I waited a further 2 weeks and decided today that I would pop into store to ask about them . Bought a car seat. Assistant then showed how to install safely and watched to see I had done it correctly. Very helpful. Would highly recommend using this store for purchasing child car seats.
