Customer service at costa today was terrible young girl working with Rosie clearly had issues paying no attention to my requests had to do my coffee three times to get what I asked for very poor service from a valued customer. Not happy.

I should have wrote this a while ago but been busy. When I visited with my partner the other day, a young man and young lady were greeted by a challenging customer who was making staff aware of her allergy but in doing so, completely disregarding the Costa process that is mandatory as the staff explained.
