It was not the best experience. 2 of our meals were stone cold so had to be sent back. Had to wait a while for our food to come out. We asked for extra gravy as the Sunday roast we dry with only a dribble of gravy on, we had nearly eaten the meals and had to ask twice before this was brought out. Excellent service Chris has excellent man management skills ensuring our meal was delicious and most importantly hot. I have only ever encountered one instance of a piece of steak being slightly tough. This was dealt with promptly and apologetically. I have eaten over 50 times in the last couple of years.
