Had booked an afternoon tea via wowcher. Tried to call them on several occasions to check the booking and even had auto redial on. 20 minutes later and no answer the line is constantly engaged. Looking at reviews probably don't have a phone plugged in or electricity. Terrible hotel. If it even exists!!

I made it very clear that my afternoon tea for two people was for one vegan and one person with intolerances to whole egg, nuts, avocado, and banana. The vegan had 2 sandwiches and no cakes.
