I’ve ordered 2 things from WHSmith and I didn’t get 2 of my items and refund. I called about this to WHSmith store they disconnect the call and not answer my call. This is very very worst customer service. Please don’t do this to the customer. Don’t purchase anything from online in WHSmith.

Store is ok abit expensive but mainly go to use the post office facilities there.
