Absolutely awful customer service. I have filled 2 vehicles up here every week for the last 40 years and I will not be setting foot in this place again. My 84 year old mother ( lives in Tean) put petrol in her motability car but couldn’t access the shop because of the high step to get in! Absolutely no need for the step, surely it is not legal to deny access to disabled people in this way????

Always go here for fuel and never have a problem and has friendly staff, but the food and drinks inside are expensive.
