Absolutely Shocking, three chances to get a clean cup, assistant slamming cups around because she failed twice to give me a clean cup, we will never go there again, it's Costa for us in the future, by the way we were the only ones in the place, not like they were busy.

Friendly staff and quick service. They did get my order wrong the first time but replaced it without any fuss. Store is open now to sit in. Place was clean and take were cleaned quickly when people left.
