Tried calling this pharmacy multiple times with a query and every time I've had no answer

Shocking give the wrong medication so was not checked correctly the answer sorry we were busy it's not an excuse then to be told they don't have a complaints procedure which they should have so had no choice but go to the parliament ombudsman

Used this pharmacy for many years but recently the service is poor not enough attention to details regarding repeat prescriptions not being available on collection
