After the shop assistant moaning about me wanting to check in 6 Evri parcels individually today I was really disappointed. She did it but let me know how inconvenient it was through the whole process. Normally fantastic service but not today.

This store is what customer service is all about. Wether it is over the phone regarding help with hermes parcels or in-store with a vast array of product. What a fantastic shop. Best I’ve ever been in. The most helpful, friendly member of staff. Tidy well stocked shop and I even had the door opened for me when I left. Wow!
