Went to O2 store to sort a new contract. There was a queue so we were told to go and do a bit of shopping. After 20 minutes, we got a text message to say we can make our way to the store. worst experience i have ever had in my life.02 should be ashamed of there self waiting to buy a new phone as i am a business customer, the chap finally came out of the store, and kept snorting very loudly and it was disgusting.I have just come out off hospital .So did not want this man servicing me. so I was ignored by... read full comment
