I ordered a pair of slippers for collection to this store, they were due to arrive 16th Nov. Checked the online portal, no delivery update. A very laid out store, in all departments, combined with affable staff. Next clothes, in my opinion, are good quality, for reasonable prices and both I and my partner use this store regularly.....and usually complete our visit with a coffee at the instore Costa, where we are known to the friendly and reliable staff. Called up in a panic because I needed a specific suit that wasn't on the website anymore. Spoke to an incredibly helpful woman called Liz. She checked the sale section for me, found the jacket in the right size and put it to one side for me. Crisis averted, thank you Liz
