Popped in the drive through today it’s the 1st time I’ve bin in years I had a 4 piece strip meal the strips were shocking the grease coming out was rediculas the so called coating was sliding off it was that soaked in grease never again

Had a 6 person bargain bucket at 12.30pm from Festival heights kfc. Chicken was all dry, chips were all dry, like they'd been done the day before. No such problems from the one in Fenton. I usually love KFC, not this time. Might be a while before I have another. Come on KFC, you're better than this.

Ordered 2 buffalo burger meals for take out. Didn't get the extra chickens it mentioned, one portion of the chips were stale dry, unfortunately only found this out when I got home.
First time I've ever been dissapointed on a food purchase. Staff were nice though.
