Worse customer service. I had to go three times to get a joint account opened. All three times I was told different things. I don't know why the process is made so hard.

Outside cash machines are dirty, don’t look as if they have been cleaned at all during the pandemic.\\nAlso one star for their face mask policy. I am medically exempt. It is DISCRIMINATION towards medically exempt people by threatening to close bank accounts of customers whom are unable to wear a mask.
