If you love a bargain this is the place, only a 3 star though as the lady who served Me on the till was really miserable her face would have cracked quite literally if she had smiled

Just been into the Tunstall Stoke on Trent store omg the lad on the till never asked if I required a bag, cash or card. Thank you or anything. Absolutely a disgrace. The Kidsgrove store the staff are polite , helpful & nothing is too much trouble. Maybe a lesson could be learnt from the Kidsgrove staff ?

It's a home bargain but with more miserable staff. I know it's the time of year. Well, i hope it is, but come on. Where is the manager to tell you to cheer up at the tills.
