Usually find Holland &Barrett staff really friendly and helpful. Not the case today at the Hanley shop. The member of staff couldn’t have been more off hand. Unfriendly, unhelpful, off hand. I would have believed that she was simply minding the shop until the real employee came back to relieve her.

Really not impressed! Visited the hanley Holland&Barrett this afternoon and as i went to purchase my product was refused service by the brunette worker who said she was closing up the shop for her break. She also mentioned that i could not purchase my product due to it being £12.99 and not meeting the “new store policy”... read full comment
