Only part filled a prescription (11 days from a 3 month prescription), heard nothing since. Chased-up once after a couple of months and they just said again they'd order it, again, nothing since. Absolutely brilliant service all the time. The staff are so lovely and helpful! I cannot complain about anything. The ladies behind the counter are wonderful and the ladies behind are always happy and smiling.

As someone who dislikes any form of shopping, this is one place I am always happy to go to. The staff are really helpful, friendly and fun to speak to and it’s like a little Aladdin’s Cave with bargains everywhere. Well done Hartshill Pharmacy.
