Tried to ring the store before arriving and no answer. Got to the store all 3 female staffs were in the staff room having a natter while no staff on the shop floor. Then I approach the botox lady and she refused to help me with my plan. Said it wasn't her issue becuase another store had built my plan on my account. So then... read full comment

Did not show me how to turn airplane mode off. She could not add/activate FM radio on my phone.
