Dreadful company. Said they'd called to collect the parcel but I was in all the time. No card left. No explanation. No way of knowing when they are actually going to come. Offered to take it to the depot.Very poor customer service.

A generous 1 star. The courier failed the attempts to deliver for 3 consecutive days which never happened in other services. The staff says it may deliver to the wrong address. But who is gonna tell them when their own customer service can’t get in touch with their courier? Customer paid the price and had to collect themselves... read full comment
