Ordered item online for click and collect the item showed as in stock, however the money has been taken from my account and 3 days later it's impossible to find out what happened to my order .
I''m being told that Currys are unable to phone their own store, that's rubbish!!

Yes got what I wanted, you do always have to wait for someone to come and serve you on the check out.
