Great service by Byron yesterday. Bought a lamp which needed a new plug and Byron replaced the old with the new and was so helpful. I have bought some great things at the Stoke shop over the years and donated there too and I have always found the staff extremely helpful.

Absolutely horrible experience when trying to donate perfectly usable furniture. Driver attitude terrible, turned up late and not really bothered to take anything. My advice would be to try other more deserving charities. Avoid BHF, use at your peril

Went to have a sofa from there fell in love with it and the cost was really good but when it come to them drop it me come up with everything under the sun that it wouldn't fit nt even try didn't ways just said wouldn't fit and went down to get full refund for everything and wouldn't give me the money bk for them to drop...
