I understand security has to to in place but went in today to purchase an item only to find glass cabinets locked waited 10mins for someone to unlock the cabinet.But we were kept waiting so we walked out in disgust my wife only wanted an eye liner pencil. Shall not be going to the store again

I understand the reason for security in places like boots, and the fact that anyone can steal. However i don’t appreciate being blatantly followed around the store in every single aisle I go in. I walked in and the security guy came walking over so quickly and stayed watching me the whole time.

Great place,friendly staff,pharmacy always pleasant,when there was a que never had to wait more than 10 minutes.
