Absolutely shocking service, do not follow through with repeat prescriptions, then blame the doctor's surgery. I shall be contacting head office over the disgusting service I've received this week

Went in to pick up an order no clear signage as to where to pick up so went in the que for self serve tills. Finally told I had to go to a desk by the tills. There were two staff on very busy because people on the self serve needed help these checkouts not fit for purpose. The member of staff them shouted if anyone else... read full comment
