Scummy dirty cash point stay away you might catch somthing nasty

What sort of bank shuts at 4pm so working people can't cash cheques etc.....and the car parks locked aswell.....time for a transfer to another bank I think. Absolute joke. No barclays in Stoke, Newcastle or longton anymore....I give up.
