I live in Wolverhampton and had already purchased some wallpaper but was 2 rolls short. having contacted near by stores in the West Midlands area no one had the batch number i needed.

Wasn’t sure where anything was, asked one worker to tell me where what I needed was. Andy came to the rescue and he went above and beyond to help and even then helped me to load everything in the car. Absolutely brilliant customer service from Andy. 10/10
